Job Overview:
We are seeking a female Secretary to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, well-presented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communication with clients and vendors.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Coordinate travel arrangements — domestic and international (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas, etc.).
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required.
- Provide general administrative and personal support to management for smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Residing in or around Mumbai's Western Suburbs (for ease of commute).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer usage.
- Presentable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally as per work requirements.
- Prior experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant preferred.
