- Weekly calls with Partners and Customer
- Going through various topics, such as current demand for new resources, bill rates, skillsets; providing feedback regarding technician on-site behavior and attitude; discussing any potential room for improvement with both Partners and technicians individually, etc.
- Onboarding and maintaining existing and new Partners
- Working with Commodity Managers and Procurement to create and sign all necessary documentation in order to onboard and fully set up all our Partners
- Having multiple kick-off and introductory calls with new Partners and helping them understand what type of work we are performing for our Customers; what type of resources we are looking for (skillset, attitude and aptitude); helping them get access in Workday, Quickbase and NCR Cloud; providing trainings on how to submit SRs, TRs, OT requests, invoices, and how to fill out and send weekly ledgers.
- Internal team support
- I am main point of contact for all IT issues that techs are facing; creating all kinds of tickets on IT Central (ordering laptops; requesting VDI and creating tickets for VDI issues; blacklisted USB ports; remote access issues; putty; fiber scope and other USB tool issues, etc.) in order to match the appropriate IT representative with our field resources
- Troubleshooting QB, email and NCRU access issues if needed
- Workday admin tasks
- Constantly requesting new QLIDs, extending and terminating contracts, etc
- Annual NCRU courses
- Daily tracking progress and reaching out to both Partners and techs individually to meet the given deadline (sending circular emails to techs, reaching out to Partner managers, calling techs daily)
- Identifying and overcoming all technical issues with both personal laptops and NCR laptops (VDI, remote access, uploading test results, etc.)
- Weekly calls with NAMER team where we go through various topics regarding supporting Ciena (leveraging Quickbase; identifying and resolving Quality issues; start organizing bootcamps; assigning and tracking mandatory Ciena course completions; daily tracking tech's performance and work ethics, Project managing, etc.), hiring and onboarding new resources (how to create QLIDs and LAN and email accounts for India resources, extending contracts, etc.)
- Assisting PMO
- Ad hoc activities to support PMO team – creating project numbers in QB, vetting training hours, etc.
- Hiring new resources
- Constantly communicating with Partners regarding our current demands, providing detailed guidance on what type of resources we are looking for (GEO locations, skillsets, knowledge, attitude, bill rate ranges, roles, etc.)
- Reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining detailed view of all received resumes in Quickbase, filled out a new report from scratch and made sure it is up to date and reflecting accurate data in PowerBi
- Interviewing new candidates and providing guidance through the entire onboarding process
