Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator, located in Noida. The Human Resources Coordinator will manage the day-to-day HR operations which include benefits administration, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and overall HR management. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure unified HR operations and addressing employee concerns promptly and efficiently. Qualifications - HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills - Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations - Experience in implementing and enforcing HR Policies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
