  • Experience:o 10 years of overall professional experience.o 6 years of experience in Training and Development (L&D).

o 3 years of experience in Sales Training.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences.
  • Training Schedule – Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs
  • Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training.
  • Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee.
  • Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes.________________________________________Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records.
