- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Managing payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Supporting HR audits and assisting in process improvements.
- Handling employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Skills & Requirements:
