Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee, manage, and execute on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress and report daily site activities to Project Manager.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor resources effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for technical requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and measurements.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and check quality upon receipt.
  • Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects (residential/commercial/infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
