Site Inspector

Role & Responsibilities – Site Inspector

• Travel to the customer's location for on-site verification.
• Measure the land and/or building, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if a building is present).
• Capture site photographs with GPS location and take a selfie with the customer at the site.
• Record geo-locations of comparable properties.
• Take photographs of the EB Board and bill.
• Collect and document the four boundary details of the site.
• Gather market rate per square foot from multiple sources.
• Update all collected information in the Site Inspector application.

Preferred Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Fluency in reading and writing the regional language(Kannada).
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Basic Civil Engineering knowledge related to land and flats.
• Prior experience in land and real estate property portfolio (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹18, ₹48,000.00 per month
