Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & B2B Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on content development, graphic design, and most importantly, the creation of surgical videos to support training, product launches, and educational content in the healthcare and medical device sectors. You'll play a crucial role in creating impactful visuals, video content, and marketing materials, while ensuring they align with brand standards and deliver key messaging to a B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Design:
Create and design high-quality brochures, prodproduct flyers, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, social media creatives, and other marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
Draft compelling B2B content, including case studies, whitepapers, product overviews, website content, and emailers, ensuring consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and industry standards.
Surgical Video Production:
Conceptualize, script, and produce 3D animated videos demonstrating surgical techniques and medical device usage.
Collaborate with surgeons, product managers, and R&D teams to ensure clinical accuracy in animations and videos.
Use tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar to create anatomy models, device simulations, and step-by-step surgical animations.
Add voiceovers, text overlays, and render high-quality videos for use in training, educational content, and product launches.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
Plan, shoot, and edit surgical-related videos, product demonstrations, corporate videos, and event highlights.
Develop 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, transitions, and effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance video content.
Edit video content for clarity, engagement, and accurate technical storytelling.
Graphic Design & Branding:
Design various print and digital marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, packaging, and product branding, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and integrate them into the brand's communication strategy. Digital & Social Media Support:
Assist in managing and creating content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others relevant to the healthcare domain.
Collaborate on SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and web content to drive visibility and engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Support the sales team by creating and maintaining up-to-date marketing collateral, including sales decks, product sheets, and client-specific materials.
Ensure that marketing and design assets are easily accessible and reusable in a central repository.
Market Research & Competitor Monitoring:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor messaging, and best practices in healthcare marketing and medical device communication.
Contribute insights to improve marketing strategies, content positioning, and brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related sectors.
● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and proficiency in 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).
● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, 3D animation, motion graphics, and video production (especially surgical or medical content).
● Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
● Strong photography, video editing, and motion graphics skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Google Workspace, Hootsuite, and similar platforms.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience in marketing for a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare company.
● Experience with surgical video production or creating educational medical animations.
● Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content performance tracking.
● Experience with DICOM imaging, anatomical modeling, or AR/VR medical simulations is highly desirable.
● Knowledge of UX/UI design principles or familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS systems, or digital marketing tools.
