**Job Summary**:*
As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, increasing patient inflow, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to attract new clients and expand our presence in the market. Working closely with the Clinic Operations and Digital Marketing teams, you will create innovative marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our clientele base and increase revenue.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, encompassing both online and offline channels, to drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize online campaigns, social media presence, and website performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Utilize market insights to develop effective go-to-market strategies for various medical services and specializations.
- Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and community outreach programs to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the Clinic Operations team to ensure seamless patient experiences and align marketing efforts with the clinic's objectives.
- Develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, to support sales and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing activities within budget and timeline constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry to facilitate business development opportunities.
**Requirements**:*
- Master's degree in Hospital Management or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the healthcare sector (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
- A creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently when required.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
