Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organising, and executing our financial market forums, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, sponsors, and speakers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact events that connect industry leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Support the end-to-end planning and execution of financial market forums, including venue selection, agenda development, and logistics.
- Coordinate invitations and manage attendee registrations, ensuring strong participation from key industry stakeholders.
Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and partners to align on schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
Sponsorship Management:
Assist in identifying and securing event sponsorships, ensuring sponsors receive the agreed benefits and exposure.
Coordinate with sponsors to gather necessary materials, such as logos, visuals, and presentation content.
Content & Design Coordination:
Work with designers to create visually appealing event materials, including banners, brochures, agendas, and invitations.
Ensure all marketing collateral and event visuals align with the Arjun Global brand and event themes.
Event Communications:
Draft and distribute event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups, to prospective attendees and speakers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries from attendees, sponsors, and partners.
On-Site Event Support:
Assist with on-the-day event coordination, including registration, attendee management, and logistical troubleshooting.
Ensure all sessions run smoothly and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Post-Event Follow-Up:
Help collect and analyze attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement in future events.
- Coordinate the delivery of post-event materials and reports to attendees, sponsors, and partners.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in financial markets or corporate events.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in event management tools and platforms, such as Eventbrite or similar.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding events.
