Job Description:
Job Profile:
2+ years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group,
•
Must have sound knowledge of construction
• & procurement contracting practices,
Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of warehousing/industries,
•
Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices,
•
Should have a knowledge of ERP operations
•
Excellent written
• & oral communication skills,
Excellent in drafting of contracts, work orders and purchase orders.
•
Should be good at preparing accurate
• & timely reports for management review,
Should be a good team player,
•
Computer savvy,
•
Willing to work hard and contribute in the companys growth,
•
Should be able to support in preparing budgets and managing budget,
•
Shall support project managers in contract administration,
•
Shall travel to project locations as
• & when required,
Should be seeking a long career.
•
Salary up to 9 Lac CTC.
