Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our web development and digital marketing services, and closing deals. You will be the bridge between the company's services and client needs, playing a key role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pitch web development and digital marketing services tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or web development (training can be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand technical services and explain them in a simplified way to clients.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Fluency in English (other regional languages are a plus).
