About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the development of exciting new coffee products from concept to market launch. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing innovative coffee formulations and recipes.
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis.
  • Designing and executing lab-scale trials.
  • Managing product development timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of
    2-3 years of experience
    in new product development and R&D.
  • A strong academic background in
    Food Science or a related field.
  • Creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for coffee.
