Role: Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a career in sales, client relations, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation through online platforms, networking, and market research.
  • Support the sales team in pitching SkilledHyre's services to clients.
  • Maintain client databases and track outreach progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, follow-ups, and presentations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Learn and apply industry knowledge to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing/final year) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
