Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems while providing technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and applications.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access rights.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.
  • Perform regular backups, patching, and security updates.
  • Administer Office 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Support end users with technical issues and escalations.
  • Document IT processes and maintain asset records.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization.
  • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Hands-on with backup & recovery tools, endpoint protection.
  • Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA, or cloud) are a plus.
