Mid-level IT Systems Administrator to join the team in the Gurugram office. This is a hands-on role where theyll support our Tech colleagues, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Windows 11, security, patching, and compliance. Theyll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, working with colleagues both locally and internationally. Friendly attitude and a can-do approach are a must.

Role & responsibilities

  • Support and manage Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS.
  • Work with Trellix DLP and Disk Encryption.
  • Handle patching, upgrades, and vulnerability management.
  • Resolve incidents within SLA and keep systems running smoothly.
  • Collaborate across departments and lead smaller IT initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
  • Laptop imaging and new joiner onboarding

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years experience in IT systems administration or engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with ability to support colleagues globally.
  • Hands-on expertise with Windows 11, AD, WSUS, and endpoint security tools.
  • Positive, team-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Based in Gurugram, with flexibility to travel to Noida at least once a month
  • Have handled clients or supported colleagues in the US,UK as well as the European market (any one is fine)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
