We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and business acumen to design, develop, and optimize solutions. The Senior Analyst Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality systems, drive innovation, and provide insights that support critical decision-making.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with minimal supervision.
• Act as Business Analyst on select projects—define requirements, write specifications, and perform unit testing.
• Deliver high-quality code within agreed timelines.
• Own and resolve issues independently; contribute to project planning and scheduling.
• Participate in code/design reviews and propose system improvements.
• Promote optimal solutions across systems and processes.

Skills & Technologies

• 10+ years of experience in C#, WinForms, ASP.NET, Angular, HTML5, Java Script and SQL Server.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and code refactoring.
• Experience with ICON's systems and business processes; capable of cross-departmental automation.

Interpersonal & Leadership

• Communicate proactively across teams and locations.
• Demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Lead small teams or technical coordinator; mentor peers and provide constructive feedback.
• Make informed decisions and influence technical direction.
• Ensure quality standards and promote best practices.

• Understand ICON's organizational structure and interdependencies between IT and business.
• Participate in recruitment and contribute to team growth.
• Analyze and align technical solutions with business needs.
