Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, vendors, and clients by managing documentation, data entry, order tracking, and day-to-day operational follow-ups. The role demands strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back office operations, including data management, order processing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of work orders and deliveries.
  • Track production and dispatch status and update relevant stakeholders regularly.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, records, and databases accurately.
  • Assist in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Support the operations head in project follow-ups, scheduling, and work status reporting.
  • Verify and file bills, challans, delivery notes, and other operational documents.
  • Communicate with field teams to confirm project progress and closures.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and logistics departments.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and follow-up ability.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Experience in an advertising / branding / manufacturing / retail solutions setup will be an advantage.
