Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for the position of Vice President Operations. The Vice President Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, including strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. The candidate will also manage financial performance, including P&L responsibilities, establish operational benchmarks, and drive customer-centric strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaboration with various teams to align on business goals and maintaining organizational efficiency are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and strong P&L Management skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and the ability to design and implement customer-focused strategies
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning and the ability to execute long-term business growth initiatives
  • Project Management skills with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration abilities
  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
