**Key Responsibilities**:

- Type and format official letters, reports, and documents in Hindi and English.
- Transcribe handwritten or printed content into digital format accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks from source documents into prescribed computer database or templates.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in translation of documents from English to Hindi and vice versa, if required.
- Meet deadlines and ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth documentation and communication flow.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in typing in both **Hindi (using Kruti Dev or Unicode)** and **English**.
- Minimum typing speed**:Hindi - 25 wpm**, **English - 35 wpm**.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good understanding of grammar and composition in both languages.
- Minimum education**:12th pass / Graduate**.
- Prior experience as a typist or data entry operator preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
