A typist's job is to type written or spoken information into digital or printed documents. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of documents and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities
- Typing company documents like meeting minutes, transcripts, and copies of written media
- Ensuring documents are free of errors
- Generating digital documents from recordings, dictation, and handwritten material
- Reformatting, merging, and proofreading existing documents
- Managing and maintaining document filing systems
- Assisting with administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using data recorders and optical scanners
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Strong English language skills

Career pathJunior typists focus on basic transcription tasks, while senior or executive typists may handle more complex documents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
