About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the North Indian market and Odisha region. The role will focus on school licensing, government tenders, and NGO partnerships, leveraging Knowe Digitechs proven expertise in K12 digital content, e-learning solutions, and AR/VR simulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional sales with private schools, school groups, state education departments, and NGOs.
  • Actively pursue government tenders and RFPs, working closely with the Tender Specialist.
  • Pitch K12 content solutions, AR/VR-enabled labs, and skill development modules to institutional stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of CSR- and NGO-led education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the central team for proposal drafting, content demos, and partner engagement.
  • Represent Knowe Digitech at regional educational events, exhibitions, and forums to enhance visibility.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Education, or Public Administration.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in education sales, government liaison, or CSR partnerships.
  • Familiarity with national/state curricula, education policies, and departmental processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
