Kokate Realty LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic
Sales Head
to lead our sales function. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, overseeing the sales executive(s), strengthening the channel partner network, and driving revenue for our premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (including Sales Executives).
- Develop and execute sales strategies for direct and channel partner sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Oversee lead management, enquiry tracking, and conversion optimisation.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales needs with campaign insights.
- Drive site visits, customer engagement processes, and closure strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting to management and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Represent the company during customer meetings, CP events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of real estate sales experience (Pune residential market preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Deep understanding of channel partner ecosystem in Pune.
- Ability to work with targets and manage pressure effectively.
