Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Organize and maintain personnel records of internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain official platforms like job portals, HRMS, etc.
  • Carry out processes like onboarding formalities, exit formalities, employee engagement, etc.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. leave records, official documents, policies, etc.)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, JDs, offer letters and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies in coordination with the stakeholders
  • Answer employees' queries via mail and other platforms about HR-related issues and maintain a record of the same
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Work on the closure of junior-level positions like interns, admin, housekeeping, etc.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee engagement activities, learning, and development, etc.
