About the Internship:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to real-time HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications for suitable roles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Support in HR documentation and onboarding process.
  • Learn and support other HR functions as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in MBA (HR), BBA, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts is a plus.
  • Available to work on-site in Gurgaon for 3 months.
