Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel operations for group and individual tours (GIT & FIT)
  • Handle vendor management—transport, hotels, local guides, and activity partners
  • Prepare travel itineraries, travel documents, and departure briefings
  • Ensure smooth on-ground execution of tours, resolving operational issues proactively
  • Monitor and track tour batches, logistics, and real-time updates
  • Communicate with clients for pre-tour assistance and post-tour feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor contracts, and operational data
  • Stay updated on destinations, travel guidelines, and market trends
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in travel operations for domestic or international destinations
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and real-time problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for travel
  • Willingness to work from our New Delhi office
