About the Role :

Were not looking for a task manager. Were looking for a Product Manager who thrives on logic,bcreativity, and unconventional thinking. This role goes beyond backlogs and releasesits about envisioning what doesnt exist yet, challenging assumptions, and designing smarter ways to solve complex problems. Youll bridge business goals, user needs, and technology possibilities to create products that are impactful, scalable, and loved by users.

Key Responsibilities :


Product Strategy & Vision :

- Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with company goals.

- Spot opportunities where innovation and out-of-the-box ideas create a competitive edge.

- Build roadmaps balancing short-term wins with long-term bets.


Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

- Tackle challenges using data, logic, and creative frameworks.

- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and edge cases with pragmatic solutions.

- Ask the why behind the what and drive smarter alternatives.

User-Centric Development :

- Dive deep into user journeys, pain points, and motivations.

- Turn insights into seamless, innovative experiences.

- Collaborate with UX/UI to craft delightful, intuitive designs

Execution & Delivery :

- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing.

- Write clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.

Data-Driven Insights :

- Validate ideas using metrics, A/B testing, and feedback loops.

- Track KPIs, measure outcomes, and iterate fast.

- Balance quantitative analysis with qualitative intuition.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Align product priorities with leadership and business objectives.

- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with clarity.

- Build trust through ownership, transparency, and logic.

Experience :

- 2 years in product management (or equivalent) in a tech-first company.

- Proven success in launching & scaling products.

- Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making and customer research.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional workflows.

Bonus Points :

- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.

- Background in design thinking or systems thinking.

- Track record of building unconventional solutions that solved real problems.
