Role Summary:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative  (Inbound & Outbound) to connect with high-potential prospects and generate qualified leads for our relationship managers and sales leaders. You will be responsible for initiating first-level contact, conveying our value proposition, and scheduling meetings with HNIs, IFAs, and affluent investors exploring regulated digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound connections to potential customers from provided databases, campaigns, or referrals, Web enquiries (e.g. mutual fund distributors, HNIs, financial advisors, etc)
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly outreach benchmarks  (e.g., 50-60 outreach/day).
  • Meet lead conversion objectives (outreach → qualified leads → meetings scheduled)
  • Support sales team in pipeline building.
  • Generate interest in the company's products/services
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, requirement, decision-maker, timeline).
  • Handle inbound queries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and provide basic product information.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Accurately update customer details, meeting status, and next steps in the CRM (Zoho or other systems).
  • Maintain communication logs, reports, and productivity dashboards.
  • Support sales team in pipeline building

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound telesales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or wealth advisory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HNI investor behaviour, basic financial concepts, and investment lifecycle.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce to manage and track leads.
  • Professional demeanour, confidence in handling affluent client conversations, and clarity in communicating regulated offerings.
  • Graduation in any discipline. Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
