Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in South India. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling minerals or chemicals to the rubber industry and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the South India region.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and market development.
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in minerals or chemicals (preferably for the rubber industry).
- Strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across South India.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience with products such as silica, carbon black, fillers, or rubber chemicals.
