Job description:

Educational Publishing & Marketing Manager :

Lead the creation, production, marketing, and distribution of educational books and merchandise, ensuring quality, visibility, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production of print & digital educational materials.
  • Manage publishing schedules, ISBN, copyright, and compliance with curriculum standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors for cost-effective, timely production.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
  • Manage e-commerce listings, product optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Supervise inventory, distribution, and dealer/distributor networks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters in Publishing, Education, Marketing, or Business.
  • 5+ years in educational publishing, EdTech, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, ERP, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of academic content and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Should be open to travel
