Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for BCA students.
  • Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
  • Guide students on projects, internships, and research activities.
  • Use modern teaching methodologies, including online learning tools.
  • Research & Development:
  • Conduct research in relevant areas of Computer Science and Applications.
  • Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
  • Apply for research grants and collaborate with industry and academia.
  • Student Mentorship & Guidance:
  • Advise students on academic and career opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship for technical competitions, hackathons, and coding challenges.
  • Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in syllabus design and curriculum development.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and assessment activities.
  • Engage in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
  • Other Activities:
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's degree (MCA/MSc in Computer Science/IT) or PhD in a relevant field (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience in a recognized institution is preferred. Freshers with strong academic records may also apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (C, Java, Python, etc.), web technologies, database management, and emerging IT fields like AI, ML, or Cybersecurity.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
