The Junior Research Associate is an integral part of the Strategy & Intelligence team, primarily focused on supporting the Research Associate and Business Analyst in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights. This role provides foundational research, data gathering, and analytical support across projects related to market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. With a strong emphasis on execution and learning, the Junior Research Associate helps ensure that strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making are grounded in solid research and well-structured information.

Job Description: -

  • Support Research Associate and Business Analyst in tracking industry trends, competitors, and market shifts
  • Collect, structure, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date competitor intelligence files and dashboards
  • Assist in preparing CEO-level briefings, memos, and presentation decks
  • Build clean, compelling slides and data visuals for leadership use
  • Support confidential and high-impact projects with precision and discretion
  • Help prep for key meetings with research summaries and talking points
  • Keep research documentation organized, current, and accessible.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Microsoft Excel (Must):
    Advanced skills including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Presentation Tools:
    Strong proficiency in PowerPoint to create clear, professional, and engaging decks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
