You will be working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Virtual Captains, where you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main responsibilities will include introducing clients to premium concierge services, converting leads into subscribers, and ensuring top-notch customer service to deliver a 5-star experience. Key Responsibilities: - Meet potential clients in person, present services, and communicate value effectively. - Convert qualified leads into subscribers by addressing objections and showcasing the benefits. - Achieve monthly subscription and revenue targets. - Guide new subscribers through the onboarding process and provide usage instructions. - Serve as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt handling of their requests. - Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships and secure renewals. - Collaborate with Operations & R&D teams to fulfill client requests promptly. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. - Gather client feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement. You should possess the following key skills and attributes: - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and digitally. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering luxury service. - Strong organizational skills and proactive approach. - Professional, polished, and trustworthy demeanor. Qualifications & Experience: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. - Experience in handling both direct (in-person) and online client interactions. - Familiarity with CRM tools and subscription-based business models is an advantage.,
