We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the daily accounting activities within our 3D printing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and industry-specific regulations. They will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

  1. Filing of Tax Invoices and other vouchers (Bank Statement, Expense Voucher, Claim Sheet)

  2. Maintaining & submitting bank related documents in bank (PDC, BOE, Cheque Deposit, Address Change etc)

  3. All accounting voucher entries in tally (Purchase, Sales, JV, Payment & Receipt)

  4. Bank Enteries and their Reconciliation

  5. Generating Invoices/Proforma Invoices/Delivery notes/E-Way Bill daily as per sales requirement

  6. Cheque deposit, Cash withdrawal & BG collect

  7. GSTR 2 A Reconciliation

  8. Uploading invoices in the accounts sales folder

  9. Suspense Account (Payment & Receipt) to be clear and report

  10. Dispatch tracking sheet

  11. Sundry Drs and Sundry Crs. Reconciliation

  12. Data for GSTR1 to be shared with RCM sheet

  13. Data for GSTR3B to be shared & GST Payment.

  14. "Prepare & review of report Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditor (Employees,

Expenses, Import Service, Import Goods & Purchase Goods)"

  1. Balance confirmation to all Customers & Vendor

  2. Vendor and all other payment (Including Import) and Acknowledgement to share with concerned person

  3. Employee salary calculation.

  4. BG/DD Generation as per requirement.

  5. Google Sheets Update

  6. MIS sheet update

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Tally Prime.

  2. MS Office.

  3. Team Co-Ordination, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Graduation in B. Com with minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant field; Freshers can also apply.

  5. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, TDS, and GST regulations.

  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
