Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resource Professional role located in North Delhi at Induckt Ventures. The role includes managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
