The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Key duties include overseeing talent acquisition efforts, ensuring compliance with employment laws, conducting performance evaluations, and leading training and development programs. The role also requires managing workplace policies and fostering a collaborative and diverse company culture.QualificationsTalent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning skillsEmployee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Conflict Resolution expertisePerformance Management and Training & Development experienceHR Policy Development, Compliance, and Process Improvement skillsStrong communication, leadership, and people management abilitiesKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plusFounder's DeskAt Nikah Forever , our people are the heart of everything we do.
