Global IT Leadership: Oversee and manage IT infrastructure across offices in the US and India, ensuring seamless connec vity, system performance, and scalability.

• Security, Cybersecurity & Compliance: Lead ini a ves to protect against cyber threats by implemen ng robust security architectures, monitoring systems, and response plans. Ensure all IT systems, processes, and policies adhere to HIPAA regula ons, SOC 2 requirements, and other relevant data privacy/security frameworks to safeguard PHI and sensi ve healthcare data.

• Microso & Azure Exper se: Manage Microso licensing, Azure cloud infrastructure, and related tools; advise on opmal configura ons and cost-effec ve usage.

• M&A IT Integra on: Lead the IT and cybersecurity integra on process for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth transi ons into the parent company's infrastructure, security framework, and compliance protocols. Develop integra on roadmaps, standardize systems, and manage data migra on while minimizing opera onal disrup on.

• VPN & Remote Desktop Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain secure VPN and remote desktop environments to support a distributed workforce in an outsourcing and revenue cycle management (RCM) context. Ensure systems are opmized for performance, security, and user accessibility across geographies.

• Strategic IT Planning: Design and implement forward-thinking, scalable IT solu ons aligned with business goals and industry best prac ces.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effec ve investments without compromising quality and security.

• Policy & Risk Management: Contribute to or lead ini a ves related to SOC 2 policies, audits, cybersecurity risk assessments, and mi ga on strategies.

• Stakeholder Communica on: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clearly communica ng IT strategies, progress, and risks.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate, nego ate, and manage rela onships with IT vendors and service providers globally.

• Team Management Responsibili es: Lead and mentor a cross-func onal IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, innova on, and con nuous improvement.

• Disaster Recovery & Business Con nuity: Oversee the design, tes ng, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business con nuity plans to ensure minimal disrup on to business opera ons.

• Emerging Technology Adop on: Iden fy and implement emerging technologies and automa on solu ons to enhance opera onal efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen security.

• Performance Metrics / KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service delivery, security, and infrastructure performance.

• So Skills & Change Management: Proven ability to lead change management ini a ves and drive user adop on for new systems and processes.
