About the role:

We are seeking a talented Developer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site at our Noida office. As a Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that enhance our product offerings. You'll collaborate closely with our development team and contribute to both new features and ongoing improvements.

Job-role:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using and related technologies.
• Integrate backend solutions with frontend frameworks (React, React Native) and databases (MongoDB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of experience in development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database integration (MongoDB preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
