Role Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic business leader to head the P&L of Densified Biomass Products (Bio-Briquettes, Bio-Pellets) for entire region/cluster. The role involves complete ownership of strategy, growth, and profitability - driving both supply and demand across private customers as well as thermal power plants. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with execution excellence to scale a fast-growing business, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable value creation.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the Biofuels business P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across cluster.

 Manage sales, supply, and operations to deliver business objectives.

Oversee end-to-end operations including sourcing, logistics, quality, and customer fulfilment.

Identify and execute new business initiatives such as Channel Partner Development, contract manufacturing and process optimization.

 Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industrial/Govt clients and suppliers.

 Drive data-backed decision-making and process excellence to enable scale, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.

Work Experience

6-8+ years of experience in solid biofuels sector in Sales, Procurement & thermal power plant tendering of Bio-Pellets.

High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills

Education

B. Tech/ BA/B.Sc./ B.Com &/or MBA
