**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate computers efficiently for data entry and report generation
- Make regular follow-up calls to technicians/site staff for daily updates
- Take site status reports time-to-time and update the management
- Maintain daily logs, attendance, site progress reports, and other records in Excel or company software
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers when required
- Maintain proper filing of documents and digital records
- Assist in preparing reports and submitting to seniors on time
- Perform other office tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Ability to handle phone calls politely and professionally
- Must be punctual, sincere, and responsible in following up with teams
- 12th pass or Graduate preferred
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage

**Skills Required**:

- MS Office (especially Excel)
- Phone communication & follow-up
- Time management
- Basic record-keeping
- Team coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
