**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry in Tally, ERPs like SAP, Oracle, or any other good ERP software
- Coordination with financial auditors - Cost records maintenance - Coordination with cost auditors
- Coordination with GST consultants
- Receivables management
- Payable s management
- Data entry for budgeting/forecasting - Monthly Stock statement and receivables submission to banks
- Managing paper/digital records - Uploading the documents in dMACQ for admin digitalization
- Coordination with insurance brokers for timely renewals and data preparation for them
- Other duties/tasks entrusted by a reporting manager/immediate superior/senior official in the department Skills:

- Conceptual understanding of financial accounting
- Basic understanding of cost accounting
- Basic understanding of indirect taxes
- Basic understanding of direct taxes - Basic understanding of banking documentation
- Basic understanding of foreign exchange transactions
- Good understanding of ERPs (SAP, Oracle or any other ERPs)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:
