Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
The SDR will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through various means,
including cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
- Prospecting: Research, identify, and target new business prospects.

- Qualify Leads: Perform needs assessments and identify potential clients by qualifying them
through conversations and research.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information and notes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate and partner with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales
strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads and prospects, nurturing them through the sales
pipeline.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Motivation: Strong motivation to reach and exceed targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
