Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in to Insurance Sales. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the sales efforts across various channels, including Omni, IFA, Remiser, Branch, and PCG, with the exception of Franchise. The primary focus will be on generating leads for life, health, and general insurance products, as well as driving cross-selling and upselling initiatives for existing customers. Key Deliverables 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth across the assigned channels. Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion. 2. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads for life, health, and general insurance products through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Monitor lead quality and provide guidance on effective lead conversion techniques. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the sales and advisory teams of direct and indirect channels (excluding Franchise) to foster strong customer relationships. Support the team in engaging with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions. Role Requirements o Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably business, finance, or marketing). o Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of life, health, and general insurance products, including their features, coverage, and benefits. Familiarity with insurance market dynamics, competition, and regulatory requirements. o Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of insurance sales professionals. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. o Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in insurance sales, with a strong sales track record and a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
