Role Overview: As an International Customer Support Associate at our company's Chennai location (Ambit IT Park), you will have a flexible work schedule in rotational shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate with customers via voice, telephone, and email, demonstrating good etiquette. It is essential that you are a graduate willing to work in US time zones, possess excellent customer handling skills, and have the ability to learn networking concepts.
