Qualifications: Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the Education or Hospitality Sector
Scope of Work: Ensure the Front Desk is managed at all times during school hours.
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and efficient manner.
- Handling telephone inquiries - both inbound and outbound, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage school scheduling, including setting appointments, managing visitor logs, and assisting with event coordination.
- Able to handle all queries related to the school (transport/admissions/other general issues and concerns).
- Drafting & sending e-mail communication through info. To support the preparation and distribution of school communications, newsletters, and other documents.
- Handling backend work - paperwork/documentation/reports
- To support ID card processing for all new admissions.
- Creating a login for portals/EDS for teachers and students.
- Assist with registration and enrollment processes for new students and maintain student files.
- Coordinating between parents and various departments such as transport, finance, store, academic, etc. Monitor and manage the school's student pick-up and drop-off procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide general support to school leadership and staff as needed.
