We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding educational institutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for the education space, strong sales acumen, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Note: The designation and the CTC would be decided depending upon the interview performance and your professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients (colleges, universities, institutes).
  • Sell online advertising and promotional solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop marketing strategies and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or institutional partnerships.
  • Experience in EdTech, education portals, digital advertising, or media sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle client negotiations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, word and Power Point.
  • Graduation; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
