**Role Overview

The Vice President - IT Services Delivery (INDIA)**

will lead VARITE's strategic delivery initiatives for large ISVs and IT Services clients. This executive will oversee multiple Directors, Associate Directors, and their teams to ensure high-volume, high-quality staffing delivery—targeting 100 to 200 placements per month. The role demands a seasoned leader with deep industry relationships, operational rigor, and the ability to scale delivery across geographies and verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, multi-tiered delivery teams across India and global markets.
  • Drive strategic staffing programs for
    top-tier ISVs and IT Services clients
    , ensuring timely and quality fulfillment.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams with a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and grow CXO-level relationships with client stakeholders to expand wallet share and delivery footprint.
  • Implement scorecard-driven performance tracking and SLA adherence to maintain Top 3 rankings across client programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client-specific governance standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to align delivery strategy with business growth objectives.
  • Strong experience with scorecards, VMS platforms, and global delivery models.

Candidate Attributes

  • Proven leadership experience
    managing large teams (100+ members)
    across multiple levels and locations.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced staffing environments with
    monthly delivery targets exceeding 100 placements
    .
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into scalable delivery models.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level client engagement.
  • Deep industry connects with leading ISVs and IT Services companies.
  • Track record of building high-performing, metrics-driven recruitment teams.
  • Hands-on recruitment background with a strong understanding of contingent workforce dynamics.
  • Ability to drive operational discipline, process optimization, and continuous delivery improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in staffing delivery for IT Services, software products, BPO, engineering, e-commerce, or BFSI sectors.
