Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Course Coordinator to manage academic operations, support students, and ensure smooth delivery of courses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating classes, assisting faculties, and ensuring students have a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate class schedules, faculty timetables, and batch planning efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate student data, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Communicate with students regarding course updates, schedules, and requirements.
  • Support faculty in organizing training materials, assessments, and workshops.
  • Ensure all academic and lab sessions run smoothly as per schedule.
  • Handle student queries, feedback, and academic assistance promptly.
  • Collaborate with placement and academic teams to enhance student readiness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly academic reports for management review.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the quality of academic coordination processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination, course management, or student support.
  • Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.
  • Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
