Daily Checklist:

Communication to Students:

  • Utilise the designated WhatsApp group for daily
  • communication with students, sharing crucial updates, reminders, and announcements.
  • Ensure the group serves as a platform for effective two way communication, promptly addressing student queries and concerns.

Student & Parent Relationship:

  • Actively foster positive connections by dedicating time to resolving queries and providing support, emphasising a responsive and supportive relationship.
  • Engage with both students and parents, demonstrating a commitment to building strong, constructive partnerships.

Classroom Arrangement:

  • Conduct a daily verification of classroom setups and facilities, collaborating with facilities for necessary adjustments to ensure optimal arrangements.
  • Completion of Course in 90 Hours
  • Zero Student Unresolved Student Complaints
  • Prioritise the daily assessment of classrooms, addressing immediate issues to create conducive learning environments.

Student Attendance Management:

  • Maintain precise records of daily student attendance across all classes, addressing any discrepancies promptly to ensure accurate data.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to daily attendance management, ensuring the integrity of attendance data.

Course Tracking:

  • Monitor daily course progress, aligning it with the schedule and communicating necessary adjustments to students promptly.
  • Daily tracking of each course's progress, ensuring alignment with the academic plan and making timely adjustments.

Coordinating Doubt Clearance:

  • Facilitate daily doubt-clearance sessions, ensuring timely communication between students and instructors for an efficient learning environment.
  • Coordinate daily doubt-clearance activities, fostering effective communication channels to address student concerns promptly.

Study Material Distribution:

  • Oversee the daily distribution of study materials, promptly addressing any concerns to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
  • Ensure the daily distribution of study materials is managed effectively, addressing any immediate challenges for continuous improvement.

Academic ERP Updations:

  • Execute daily updates to the Academic ERP system, focusing on accurate data entries to maintain the integrity of the educational database.

Student Complaint Management:

  • Address daily student complaints promptly, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to daily management of student complaints, actively seeking resolutions through collaborative efforts.

Admission Closing Support:

  • Collaborate with the student relationship or sales department to support the communication and closing of walk-in students based on their time and availability.
  • Provide assistance in closing walk-in student inquiries, ensuring effective communication and addressing their needs with the support of the student relationship or sales department.

Daily Report to Academic Head:

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Academic
  • Head, encompassing daily activities, with a focus on key highlights and proposed solutions.

Course Tracking Analysis:

Student Complaint Trends Analysis:

Monthly Parents Meeting Coordination (Online):

  • Coordinate monthly online parents' meetings, by ensurin effective communication and involvement for a strong parent-institution partnership.

Course Tracking Performance Report:

  • Generate a monthly performance report on course tracking effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement in academic planning.

Continuous Improvement in Complaint Management:

  • Implement monthly continuous improvement initiatives for managing student complaints, aiming for enhanced efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Feedback Coordination Evaluation:

  • Collect monthly feedback from students using the form issued by academic department and consolidate the same and submit to academic head Evaluate the feedback of students, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and comprehensiveness.

Exam Coordination:

  • Coordinate with students to collect the details on their exam interests
  • Develop a final list of registered students for the upcoming exam, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and finalise the student list for submission to the examination board, verifying the accuracy of student information and eligibility details.

Exam Result Management:

  • Proactively communicate with students for accurate result collection.
  • Compile precise exam results, ensuring completeness and accuracy for the creation of a comprehensive report.
  • Share the finalised report with the academic head, seeking feedback to maintain institutional standards in result communication.

Monthly Report to Academic Head:

  • Compile a comprehensive monthly report for the Academic Head, providing detailed insights into activities, challenges, and proposed action plans for continual improvement.
