Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counselor to guide and support students in academic, career, and personal development. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students regarding academic and career choices
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
- Assist in admissions and student onboarding process
- Maintain student records and follow-up reports
- Handle queries from students and parents via phone, email, or in person
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
- Organize workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as Student Counselor / Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle student concerns with patience & professionalism
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
Fluency in English and Malayalam
